Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Original Condition: The item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” on our website.
  • Personalized Items: Items that have been personalized with names, initials, or custom designs.
  • Worn or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear or damage.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process as above. We will issue a store credit for the returned item, which can be used towards a new purchase.
